Spiked Pomegranate Arnold Palmer - A twist on the classic iced tea/lemonade drink, spiked with pomegranate liqueur. | foxeslovelemons.com

I have been allllllll about the cold beverages lately, even though it’s actually been a pretty cool summer so far. Seriously, I was wearing a light sweater and cuddled u

nder a blanket the other evening. In July. In Michigan. That’s rare! But even still, I won’t let the summer season pass me by without enjoying all my favorite summer party drinks, like homemade lemonades, Moscow mules, and of course, the classic Arnold Palmer. Errrr . . .  a twist on the classic Arnold Palmer.

I actually put a couple of twists on the classic here. First, I started with a batch of my homemade vanilla lemonade, which you may remember from last week.

Feel free to start with any kind of prepared lemonade you like. I used about a 3 : 1 ratio of iced tea to lemonade, just because when you use homemade lemonade, the lemon flavor is so much more pronounced than lemonade mix, so you don’t need quite as much to get that classic Arnold Palmer flavor.

For the final twist, I spiked my drink with a generous amount of PAMA Liqueur. This Spiked Pomegranate Arnold Palmer is the perfect signature cocktail for any summer gathering. It’s easy to make in advance in a large batch, it’s super refreshing, and I don’t know anybody that wouldn’t love one!
