Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados peeled and pitted
  • ¼ cup very finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice from about one good lime or two crappy ones
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place avocados in medium bowl and use fork to mash to your desired consistency. Chunky or smooth - it’s your call!
  • Add cilantro, lime juice and salt and stir until well combined.
