This Blood Orange Margarita recipe is sweetened with honey, and comes together in 5 minutes, with just 4 ingredients.

Kosher salt and/or brown sugar or granulated sugar
for rimming glass (optional)

blood orange juice
▢
1 ½
ounces
blanco tequila
▢

ounce
lime juice
▢
¾
ounce
honey
Instructions
If desired, moisten rim of glass with damp paper towel and dip in salt and/or sugar.
Fill cocktail shaker or beaker with ice. Add blood orange juice, tequila, lime juice and honey and shake or stir well.
Fill prepared glass with fresh ice and strain drink over ice. Serve immediately.
Notes
You will need 1 to 2 small blood oranges and 1 large lime to yield 2 ounces fresh blood orange juice and 1 ounce fresh lime juice.
