Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Always store in a cool, dark place, to avoid any caking. Shake before using in case things have settled.
