  • 4 slices prosciutto

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Lay prosciutto slices on prepared pan in single layer. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
  • Transfer pan to rack to cool. When cool, break prosciutto into pieces.
