4cupsleftover roasted turkeycut into 2-inch chunks
1cupchicken or turkey broth
¾cupteriyaki sauce
1 ½tablespoonsgrated fresh ginger
½teaspoonground white pepper
1 ½cupschopped fresh pineapple
White or brown ricefor serving
¼cupthinly sliced green onions
Instructions
In crock pot, stir together garlic, carrots, turkey, broth, teriyaki sauce, ginger and pepper. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours, adding pineapple during last 10 minutes of cooking.
Serve turkey over rice sprinkled with green onions.
