This Grilled Pork Chops Recipe includes a marinade that combines acid, sugar, salt and oil to infuse the chops with incredible flavor and moisture. You can easily eyeball the ingredients and still achieve fantastic results!
Add garlic, oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and red pepper flakes to medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
Place pork chops in shallow baking dish or zip-top bag and pour marinade over chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to overnight, turning once if possible.
Preheat grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Transfer pork chops to grill and cook 10 to 14 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 145 degrees F, turning occasionally.
Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Honestly, don’t worry about exact measurements. I tested the recipe with exact measurements and included them in the recipe card below, but when I actually make this recipe for my family, I just eyeball everything. It turns out fine every time!
Flip the chops over once during the marinating time if you can, to make sure both sides are evenly marinated.
