Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 

  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped dill 

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley 

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days before serving. Stir well before serving.

Notes

  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed – you might want to add more salt or pepper to suit your tastebuds. Go for it.
  • If you love lemon, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the sauce.
  • Fresh dill is best for the most flavor, but in a pinch, you can use dried dill. It using dried, reduce amount of 2-1/4 teaspoons.
