Easy Churro Cracker Snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon.
  • Place crackers on rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper; lightly brush crackers with butter. Sprinkle crackers with cinnamon sugar.
  • Place chocolate chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Dip half of each cracker in chocolate; return to parchment-lined baking pan.
  • Transfer to refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes before serving to allow chocolate to harden.
