Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  • Makes about 1 cup marinade, which is enough for 1 pound of chicken.
