Sparkling Mango Lemonade is a fun, fizzy beverage you’ll want to drink all summer long. Customize it to your own tastes – make it sweet or tart, or spike it with your choice of alcohol.

Ingredients
¾cupgranulated sugar
¾cupwater
2mangoespeeled, pitted, and chopped (or 2 cups frozen mango, thawed)
1 ½cupsfresh lemon juice
3cupslemon-flavored sparkling water
Instructions
In small saucepot, stir together sugar and water. Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; let cool 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add mangoes and lemon juice to blender and puree until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher; discard solids.
Add sugar syrup to pitcher and stir until well combined. Fill 6 glasses with ice and divide mixture between glasses. Top each glass with 1/2 cup sparkling water.
