Lemon Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup French vanilla yogurt (low fat or full fat)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (be sure to zest the lemon first!)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  • In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
