Mango Lemonade Recipe

Made with fresh squeezed lemons and ripe (or frozen!) mango, this Mango Lemonade gives serious tropical vibes without artificial flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups cold water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces chopped mango fresh or thawed from frozen
  • Ice for serving
  • 2 bottles Topo Chico 12 ounces each

Instructions

  • Add water, lemon juice and sugar to blender and blend 30 seconds to dissolve sugar.
  • Add mango and blend 1 minute or until completely smooth.
  • Fill 6 pint glasses with ice and divide mango mixture between them. Top with Topo Chico, stir and serve. You can also keep the mango mixture in a large pitcher and serve each glass on demand, using ice and Topo Chico.
