Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • ½ cup chopped mango
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • ¼ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked dried coconut
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup ice

Instructions

  • In blender, combine banana, mango, pineapple, milk, yogurt, coconut and vanilla; blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
