Smoked Salmon Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup capers
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 pound cold smoked salmon
  • 4 hard boiled eggs finely chopped
  • 4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 mini cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
  • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  • Dill sprigs and lemon wedges for garnish
  • 1 baguette thinly sliced and toasted (see Notes)

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese, sour cream, capers and everything bagel seasoning in small bowls, then arrange them on a large platter.
  • Place the smoked salmon down the center of the platter. Arrange it in an artful little zigzag so it looks cute.
  • Fill in any empty space with the remaining ingredients. Garnish platter with dill sprigs and lemon wedges, and serve with toasted baguette.
